Ecovalia Technologies Inc . holds the exclusive world license for the exploitation of the invention and the manufacture of the Calopile . The recently constituted company under Canadian law, Ecovalia Technologies Inc . holds 20% of the shares capital in Ecovalia (Switzerland) S.A ., Fribourg , with the option to acquire the remaining 80% over a maximum four years period. Ecovalia ( Switzerland ) holds the patent and all the rights on the Calopile technology. The “chains and pastilles”, which are the technological heart of the Calopile will be manufacture in Switzerland .
Following many years of research and development and taking into account the results obtained, the Ecovalia Group has been formed to produce and promote this new technology on the world market.
